Welcome to Guerra Gynecology. I’m Dr. Marielena Guerra, a board-certified OB/GYN providing expert and compassionate care to women across Fort Lauderdale and South Florida.
Born in Cuba and raised in South Florida, I bring a multicultural perspective to women’s healthcare. I earned my medical degree from Ross University and completed my OB/GYN residency at The Brooklyn Hospital Center in New York.
With over 15 years of experience, I specialize in everything from annual exams to menopause management and minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.

I believe in treating the whole woman — body, mind, and spirit. In addition to traditional medicine, I incorporate holistic wellness into my practice. I'm also a certified yoga instructor and Qigong practitioner, offering a well-rounded approach to care that supports long-term well-being.
I speak both English and Spanish fluently and strive to create a warm, inclusive, and judgment-free environment for all patients — no matter your background or stage of life.
